25-year-old 'monster' sentenced nearly 100 years for sex acts with pit bull, child sex abuse

An Arkansas judge thew the book at Brandon C. Kilpatrick of Pope County who pleaded guilty to child sexual abuse charges, bestiality, and sexual extortion. The victim called him a "monster" during his sentencing.
