15-year-old NYC boy with long rap sheet charged with murder as violent Bronx summer reaches tipping point: cops, sources

The teen – whose name was not officially released because of his age – was arrested Thursday afternoon in connection to the shooting death of Kelvin Mosquea, 34, during a robbery gone bad outside NYCHA's Sack Wern Houses, according to the NYPD.
