13-year-old boy charged after video showed him grope Louisville woman on her porch

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A 13-year-old boy is facing charges after he was caught on camera groping a Louisville woman on her front porch. WLKY spoke with the woman whom the boy groped, 78-year-old Jan Fletcher, on Aug. 26. Fletcher said the boy asked her for directions to a nearby park before pretending to dust something off her back and groping her. "As soon as that happened, I said, let me tell you something, you better get out here and you better go now. So he did. He was gone," Fletcher said. Fletcher says she has a question for the teen....
